1. Mindfunginess Training Structure
The Mindkidness training in its app version consists of several complementary components, which span over 12 months.
1. Months 1 and 2: Mindfunginess Stage. Personal growth techniques extracted from Vishen Lakhiani's book "The Code of the Extraordinary Mind," with a duration of 20 minutes distributed over 40 days, guided by a talking mushroom-avatar created with AI. For this phase, it's advisable for the user to download and print the PDF named "Field Notebook."
2. Months 1 and 2: Mindfunness Adults Stage. The 6-phase meditation designed by Vishen Lakhiani accompanied by fractals and music generated by mushroom waveforms, lasting 20 minutes to be practiced throughout the training, interspersed with Mindfunginess sessions.
3. Months 3-12: Mindgymness Stage. Habit change exercises to learn how to transform the habits of the user's tree of life decided during the Mindfunginess stage. Accompanied by a service of advice, forms, alerts, and statistics to analyze the evolution in achieving habit change. This process lasts for 10 months.
